Return & Refund Policy

At Nextprohub™, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products, and if for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund right away.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care, LED, or electronic products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous products (e.g., flammable or spray items)

Want to exchange your item?
The easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation needed.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided


💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
